Shipping policy

Once your order has dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. 

Please allow up to 24 hours for the number to begin tracking on the shipping partner website. 

All orders are delivered within 3-10 business days.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.  

We are proud to offer an extended shipping insurance. We partnered with Route Protection (route.com) to add an additional piece of mind when buying our jewelry. For small fee based on the percentage of the total sale, your order is insured by Route from not only damages and lost-in-transit parcels- it also protects your package in case of shipping delays and parcel theft.

Route will place a replacement order or issue a refund to you within a week.
