If your solid gold product has a manufacturing defect, return it to us for inspection within 100 days of delivery. If we determine your piece is defective, we’re happy to offer a complementary repair or replacement.

The Curated Lobe provides a 100 day product warranty on our non-solid gold earrings. If you think your item has a manufacturing defect, return it to us for inspection within 100 days of delivery. If we determine your piece is defective, we’re happy to offer a complementary repair or replacement. 

After inspection, if we determine the damage isn’t caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and provide you a quote for the repair or replacement, when available.
