Charms are sold in singles.
You must have at least 2 piercings in the lobe to wear these charms with your threaders. If you have 2 piercings, you can use 1 charm. If you have 3, you can use 2 charms. If you have 4, you can use 3 charms. And so on.
They are approximately 5mm long.
